What we're building for Malaysia
Officaid runs small businesses in Singapore today. Before we open it to Malaysian companies, we're building the parts that Malaysian law and practice need. Here is what we are working on, and how we decide the order.
What we're building
- Payroll for Malaysia. Monthly EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions and PCB, worked out from each employee's pay, with payslips your team can open in the app.
- MyInvois e-invoicing. For businesses that must use it, or choose to: invoices submitted to LHDN's MyInvois system as you issue them, with the validation details on the invoice.
- Leave and public holidays. Entitlements as the Employment Act sets them, and each state's public holidays.
- Ringgit and SST. MYR across prices, invoices and reports, with SST where your business charges it.
How we decide what comes first
We ask the people on our early access list what they need first, and we build in that order. When you join, you tell us whether payroll, e-invoicing, accounting or HR matters most to you. That answer counts.
What we won't do
- We won't give dates we can't keep. We'll email the list when each part is ready to try.
- We won't call anything official or approved until it is. If a government listing applies to a feature, we'll say so only once we're on it.
