Questions and answers
Can I use Officaid in Malaysia today?
Not yet for Malaysian payroll or e-invoicing. We're building those first. Join the early access list and we'll email you when you can start.
When will it be ready?
We'd rather not guess. We'll email the list when each part is ready to try, starting with what most members ask for.
How much will it cost?
We haven't set Malaysian prices yet. Joining the list is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
Do I need e-invoicing?
Not every business does. LHDN's e-invoice timeline says which businesses must use MyInvois, based on annual turnover. If you're not sure, your accountant or LHDN can tell you. When Officaid supports MyInvois, you'll be able to switch it on if you need it.
What happens when I join the list?
You get one email to confirm your address. After that, only news about Officaid in Malaysia: what we're building, when you can try it, and sometimes a short question about your business.
I'm an accountant. Can I take part?
Yes, please tick the accountant or partner box. We want to hear how you work with your clients' books.
Do you work in Bahasa Malaysia?
Yes: the site is in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the app will be too.
Who is behind Officaid?
