Updating Company Information

Edit your company name, address, and contact details in Officaid.

Keep your business details accurate and up to date

Your company information in Officaid appears on invoices, quotations, and other business documents. Keeping it accurate ensures your clients always see the correct details and helps maintain consistency across the platform.

How to Update Your Company Details

  1. 1 Go to Admin → Company from the left sidebar
  2. 2 Click the Update Company quick action button on the right side of the page
  3. 3 Edit the fields you need to update in the side panel
  4. 4 Click Update Company Info to save your changes

Available Fields

The Update Company form includes the following fields:

  • Company Full Name for your registered business name
  • UEN for your business registration number (or equivalent in your country)
  • Website for your company website URL
  • Email for your main business contact email
  • Country for where your business is registered
  • Phone for your business phone number
  • Address for your registered business address
  • City, State, and Postal Code for additional address details
The company name and address you enter here will appear on all new invoices and quotations, so make sure they match your official business registration.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Previously generated invoices and quotations retain the company details that were in place when they were created. Only new documents will reflect the updated information.

The UEN (Unique Entity Number) is a business registration identifier. Depending on your country, this may be called something different, such as a business registration number, company number, or tax ID. Enter whatever identifier is used for your business registration.

The company logo is managed separately from the company information form. You can upload or change your logo from the Admin → Company overview page.
