Find any claim in seconds
Need to look up a claim from last month or find all your transport expenses? The All Claims tab gives you powerful filters to search through your complete claims history.
Accessing the Tab
Navigate to Me → My Claims and click the All Claims tab. You'll see a table displaying all your submitted claims with filtering options above.
The Claims Table
Each row in the table represents a single claim and shows:
- Date when the expense occurred
- Claim Type such as Health Expenses or Transport/Travel Expenses
- Remarks your description of the expense
- Amount the claimed value and currency
- Status showing Pending, Approved, Paid, Rejected, or Cancelled
- Receipt with an eye icon to quickly view the attached receipt
Filtering by Date
Use the date filter buttons to narrow down your view:
- Click the year button (e.g., 2026) to see claims from that year
- Click All to view claims from all time
- Click Custom to select a specific date range
Filtering by Status
The Status dropdown lets you filter claims by their current stage:
- Pending for claims awaiting approval
- Approved for claims approved but not yet paid
- Paid for claims that have been reimbursed
- Rejected for claims that were not approved
- Cancelled for claims you withdrew
Filtering by Claim Type
Use the Claim Type dropdown to see claims from a specific category. Select from options like Health Expenses, Meals & Entertainment Expenses, Office Expenses, or Transport/Travel Expenses.
Searching Claims
Use the Search field to find claims by keyword. This searches through your remarks, making it easy to find a specific expense if you've added descriptive notes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Click the eye icon in the Receipt column of any claim row. This opens a preview of the attached receipt without navigating to the full claim details.
Yes. You can filter by date, status, and claim type simultaneously. For example, select 2026, Paid, and Transport/Travel Expenses to see all your paid transport claims from 2026.
Check your filters. You may have a status or date filter active that's hiding the claim. Click All for the date filter and clear the Status and Claim Type dropdowns to see all claims. Also try searching by a keyword from your remarks.
