Registering for a Workshop

Tell us what you want to learn and we will build the session around it

Registering for an Officaid Workshop takes less than a minute. Share your interests and questions, and the Officaid team will design a session that is relevant to you and the other participants. A trainer will follow up by email with the workshop details and invitation.

How to Register

1 Log in to your Officaid account
2 Click Support in the left sidebar
3 Select Workshops
4 In the Register Your Interest section, describe what you would like to learn in the "What would you like to learn?" text box. Be as specific as you can so the session is tailored to your needs.
5 Under Topics of Interest, check the modules you are interested in: Finance, Network, Sales, Team, or Admin
6 Click Submit Interest to complete your registration

Once you submit your interest, the Officaid team will review all registrations and put together a workshop session around the topics that participants want covered. A trainer will reach out to you by email with the details and an invitation to join.

The "What would you like to learn?" field is your chance to shape the workshop. Instead of a general topic like "Finance", try something specific like "How do I reconcile my bank statements?" or "What is the best way to set up leave types for my team?"

After Registering

Here is what happens after you submit your interest:

The Officaid team reviews all responses for the upcoming session
A workshop is designed around the topics and questions that participants have raised
You receive an email from the Officaid trainer with the session details and how to join
Attend the workshop and get your questions answered live

Workshops run every Friday. If your topic requires more time or a dedicated session, the team will let you know and work with you to find the best way to address it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I register for multiple workshops?

Yes. You can submit your interest for as many sessions as you like. Each registration helps the Officaid team understand what topics are most relevant to users.

Do I need to be an admin to register?

No. Any Officaid user with access to the app can register for a workshop by navigating to Support → Workshops.

What if I cannot attend after registering?

No problem. If you are unable to attend a session, you can register again for a future workshop. Your topic interests are still noted and may be covered in the session you missed.

Can I suggest a feature request during registration?

Yes. The "What would you like to learn?" field is open-ended, so you can share feature requests, pain points, or any feedback alongside your learning interests. The Officaid team reviews all submissions.
