Searching for Articles

Quickly find the help you need by searching for articles in the Officaid Help Centre.

Go straight to the answer

If you know what you are looking for, the search bar is the fastest way to find it. Type a keyword or phrase and the Help Centre will surface the most relevant articles from across all modules.

How to Search

  1. 1 Open the Officaid Help Centre from the website
  2. 2 Click the Search bar at the top of the page
  3. 3 Type a keyword or phrase related to your question (e.g., "payroll", "leave balance", "invoice")
  4. 4 Browse the results and click on the article that matches your question

Tips for Better Search Results

  • Use specific terms rather than broad ones. "Recording a payment" will give more targeted results than just "payment".
  • Try the feature name as it appears in Officaid. For example, search "payables" rather than "bills" or "claims" rather than "reimbursements".
  • Search by module name if you want to browse everything related to a specific area, like "Finance" or "Team".
If your search does not return what you expected, try different wording. The same feature might be described in different ways across articles.

When Search Is Not Enough

If you cannot find the answer through search, you have other options:

  • Browse by module from the Help Centre home page to explore articles by category
  • Ask the Officaid Assistant for an instant answer from the chatbot on the Help Centre website
  • Register for a Workshop to ask your question directly to the Officaid team

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The search function checks article titles, descriptions, and content, so even if your keyword appears within the body of an article, it can still surface in results.

The Help Centre search is available on the Officaid website. From within the app, you can access the Help Centre by clicking Support in the left sidebar, which will direct you to the website.

If the Help Centre does not have an article on your topic, consider registering for an Officaid Workshop to raise your question with the team. Your feedback also helps us identify new topics to cover in future articles.
