Navigating the Help Centre

Learn how the Officaid Help Centre is organized so you can find the right article quickly.

Find what you need in seconds

The Help Centre is structured to match the way Officaid is organized, so if you know which module you are working in, you can go straight to the relevant articles. Here is how to navigate and find what you are looking for.

Browsing by Module

When you open the Help Centre, you will see category cards for each major area of the platform. Each card shows the module name and a brief description of what it covers.

Click on any category card to see its subcategories and articles. For example, clicking Finance takes you to subcategories like Invoicing, Expenses, Accounts, and Reports, each containing their own set of articles.

How Articles Are Organized

Within each subcategory, articles are arranged in a logical order. Conceptual articles that explain "what" and "why" typically appear first, followed by navigation guides, then step-by-step how-to articles, and finally reference material.

This structure means you can start from the beginning of a subcategory to learn a topic from scratch, or jump straight to a specific how-to article if you already know what you need.

Cross-References and Related Articles

Every article includes links to related content. You will find these in two places:

  • In-text links that point to relevant articles when a concept or feature is mentioned
  • What's Next? at the bottom of every article, with links to related guides you might want to read next
If you land on an article that is not quite what you were looking for, check the "What's Next?" section. It often links to closely related topics that may have the answer you need.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Each article has its own URL that you can copy and share directly. This is useful for sending a colleague to a specific guide, like how to apply for leave or submit a claim.

The Help Centre covers Officaid features that are available to all users. Where a feature is specific to a particular region, such as Singapore compliance, those articles are clearly labeled within the relevant subcategory.

Click the Help Centre logo or navigate to the main help page from the Officaid website. You can also use the breadcrumb navigation at the top of any article to move back to the subcategory or main page.
