What is One Stop Payroll (OSP)

Learn how One Stop Payroll streamlines government submissions and why Officaid is an approved OSP vendor.

One submission, multiple government agencies

One Stop Payroll, commonly known as OSP, is a government initiative that lets employers submit payroll data to multiple agencies through a single channel. Instead of logging into separate portals for CPF, IRAS, and MOM, you can send all the required information from one place.

OSP simplifies compliance by reducing the number of systems you need to manage and ensuring your data is consistent across all submissions.

How OSP Works

Under the One Stop Payroll initiative:

  1. You use an approved payroll software that connects to the OSP system.
  2. You process payroll as usual, generating salaries and payslips for your employees.
  3. You log in to Corppass directly from your payroll software.
  4. You submit and the data goes directly to the relevant government agency.

This means you no longer need to prepare separate files or switch between multiple portals to meet your compliance obligations.

Which Agencies Are Connected

OSP connects to three main government agencies:

  • CPF Board receives monthly contribution data including CPF, SHG, and SDL for all employees.
  • IRAS receives yearly employment income data for tax purposes through the Auto-Inclusion Scheme.
  • MOM receives workforce data through the Occupational Employment Dataset when requested.

Each agency has different submission requirements and deadlines, but OSP lets you manage them all from a single software platform.

Benefits of OSP

The One Stop Payroll initiative offers several advantages for employers:

  • Save time by submitting to multiple agencies without switching between portals.
  • Reduce errors by using the same source data for all submissions.
  • Stay organised with all compliance activities managed in one system.
  • Meet deadlines with built-in reminders and streamlined workflows.
  • Maintain records of all submissions for audit purposes.

For small businesses without dedicated HR or finance teams, OSP makes compliance manageable.

What is an OSP Vendor

An OSP vendor is a payroll software provider that has been approved by the government to connect to the One Stop Payroll system. Not all payroll software can submit directly to CPF, IRAS, and MOM. Only approved vendors have the secure connections and certifications required.

When choosing payroll software, selecting an approved OSP vendor ensures you can take full advantage of streamlined submissions.

Officaid and One Stop Payroll

Officaid is an approved One Stop Payroll vendor. This means Officaid has met the government's requirements and can submit data directly to CPF, IRAS, and MOM through secure channels.

The submission workflow is simple. Log in to Corppass directly from Officaid, and submit your data to the relevant agency. Officaid handles the rest.

  • CPF contributions (monthly) including CPF, SHG, and SDL for all employees. You can even pay via PayNow within Officaid.
  • Employment income to IRAS (yearly) by selecting which employees' tax records to submit.
  • OED data to MOM (optional) with forms pre-filled from your employee records.

Officaid is also an approved AIS Payroll Software Vendor supporting YA2026 submissions, so your tax reporting is covered as well.

What is Corppass

Corppass is Singapore's corporate digital identity for businesses to transact with government agencies online. When you submit to CPF, IRAS, or MOM through Officaid, you authenticate using your Corppass credentials.

This ensures that only authorised personnel can make submissions on behalf of your company.

If you do not have Corppass set up, visit Corppass to register your business.
