Understanding Access Rights

Explore the Access Rights page in Officaid and see how permissions are displayed.

See everyone's permissions in one place

The Access Rights page gives you a complete overview of who can access what across your entire team. Instead of checking permissions one person at a time, you can see and manage everything from a single table.

Accessing the Page

Go to Admin → Access from the left sidebar. The page displays a table with all your team members and their module permissions.

Reading the Access Table

The table is organized with team members listed as rows and modules as columns. Each cell shows the current permission for that person and module:

  • Allowed means the team member can access that module
  • No Access means the module is hidden from that team member

The module columns shown are: Network, Sales, Team, Me, Finance, Reports, and Admin.

Use the Search bar at the top of the table to quickly find a specific team member, especially useful if your team is large.

Identifying Super Users

If a team member is a Super User, you will see a Super User badge next to their name. Their permissions are locked to Allowed across all modules and cannot be changed from this page.

To learn more about the Super User role and how it is assigned, see Super Users Explained.
