Get started with your Officaid subscription
Once your free trial ends, or whenever you are ready, you can subscribe to Officaid directly from the Billing page. The process takes just a few minutes and your access continues immediately after payment.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following ready:
- Admin access to your Officaid account (only admins can manage billing)
- A valid credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover)
How to Subscribe
- 1 Go to Admin → Billing from the left sidebar
- 2 On the Overview tab, review the two plan options: Monthly Billing and Annual Billing
- 3 Click Select Monthly or Select Annual depending on your preference
- 4 In the Complete Your Payment section, confirm the Number of Seats Required. This is pre-filled based on your current active employee count, but you can increase it if you plan to add more team members soon.
- 5 Enter your card details: Card number, Expiration date, and Security code
- 6 Select your Country from the dropdown
- 7 Click Pay Now & Subscribe to complete your subscription
Your subscription starts immediately and will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. You can subscribe at any time during your trial by going to Admin → Billing and selecting a plan. Your trial will end once your subscription begins.
Officaid accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes. The seat count field allows you to enter any number at or above the minimum. This is useful if you expect to hire new team members soon and want their seats ready.
