Subscribing to a Plan

Choose a billing cycle and subscribe to Officaid in just a few steps.

Get started with your Officaid subscription

Once your free trial ends, or whenever you are ready, you can subscribe to Officaid directly from the Billing page. The process takes just a few minutes and your access continues immediately after payment.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have the following ready:

Admin access to your Officaid account (only admins can manage billing)
A valid credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express)

How to Subscribe

1 Go to Admin → Billing from the left sidebar
2 On the Overview tab, review the two plan options: Monthly Billing and Annual Billing
3 Click Select Monthly or Select Annual depending on your preference
4 In the Complete Your Payment section, confirm the Number of Seats Required. The field shows You currently have N active employees and is pre-filled from that count. You can increase it if you plan to add more team members soon, but it will not go below 5. The Total Amount updates as you change the seats. With Annual Billing, the Total Amount is for the whole year and is charged at once. For example, 9 seats on Annual Billing shows SGD 600.00 (SGD 360.00 base plus SGD 240.00 for 4 extra seats, shown as SGD 50.00/month), while 9 seats on Monthly Billing shows SGD 74.00.
5 Enter your card details: Card number, Expiration date, and Security code
6 Select your Country from the dropdown
7 Click Pay Now & Subscribe to complete your subscription

Your subscription starts immediately and will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

Officaid requires a minimum of 5 seats on every plan. If you have fewer than 5 employees, you are still covered and can use the remaining seats as your team grows.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Officaid does not store your card details directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I subscribe before my free trial ends?

Yes. You can subscribe at any time during your trial by going to Admin → Billing and selecting a plan. Your trial will end once your subscription begins.

What payment methods are accepted?

Officaid accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I purchase more seats than my current team size?

Yes. The seat count field allows you to enter any number at or above the minimum. This is useful if you expect to hire new team members soon and want their seats ready.
