Understanding My Company

Explore the My Company page in Officaid where your business details, tax, and currencies are managed.

Your business profile, all in one place

The My Company page is the central hub for your business information in Officaid. Everything from your company name and address to your tax registration, operating currencies, departments, and office locations is managed here. These details flow into invoices, quotations, payroll, and reports across the platform.

Accessing My Company

Go to Admin → Company from the left sidebar. The page opens on the Overview tab.

What You Will See

The Overview tab is divided into several sections:

Company Profile at the top displays your company logo, name, address, and email. This information appears on customer-facing documents like invoices and quotations.

Business Registration shows your UEN (or equivalent business registration number) and whether your company is registered for tax.

Tax Information displays your tax registration number, active tax rates, and the option to view historical tax rates. Officaid maintains a record of past tax rates so older transactions remain accurate.

Operating Currencies shows your default currency and any additional currencies you have enabled for invoicing, expenses, and other transactions.

Departments and Locations at the bottom of the page let you define your team structure and office locations, which are used when adding employees in the Directory.

Quick Actions

On the right side of the page, you will find three Quick Action buttons:

  • Update Company to edit your company name, address, email, and other profile details
  • Tax Registry to manage your tax registration status and rates
  • Edit Currencies to add or remove operating currencies
