Employer contributions are amounts your company pays on your behalf, separate from your salary. These include things like the employer's share of CPF contributions and levies. They do not reduce your pay. See Understanding Your Earnings and Deductions for details.
Deductions are subtracted from your gross pay to calculate net pay. These include statutory contributions, insurance, and other withholdings. View the Earnings and Deductions breakdown on the Pay Slip Details page to see exactly how your net pay is calculated.
