Viewing Company Activities

See every interaction with a company in Officaid to stay on top of your business relationships.

Track every touchpoint with your business partners

A company relationship isn't built on a single conversation. It's the sum of every call, meeting, email, and follow-up over time. Officaid keeps track of all these interactions so you can see the complete history and understand where the relationship stands.

Where to Find Company Activities

Company activities appear in two places on the company profile:

  • Overview tab - A snapshot of upcoming and recent activities in the Activities panel
  • Activities tab - The complete list of all activities with filters and details

The Activities Panel (Overview Tab)

On the company's Overview tab, the Activities panel shows a quick summary with tabs to filter by:

  • All - Every activity related to this company
  • Network - Activities logged directly against the company or its contacts
  • Deals - Activities linked to deals with this company

The panel displays upcoming activities first, followed by a History section showing completed interactions. Click View All to see the complete activity list.

Activities linked to deals show the deal name, so you can quickly see which sales conversations they relate to.

The Activities Tab

For a complete view of all interactions, click the Activities tab on the company's profile. Here you'll find:

  • Every activity logged for this company and its contacts
  • Activity type icons for quick scanning
  • Dates, times, and completion status
  • The team member responsible for each activity
  • Links to associated deals

The list displays activities in reverse chronological order, with the most recent at the top.

Activity Types

Officaid supports several activity types to categorize your interactions:

  • Call - Phone calls and voice conversations
  • Email - Email correspondence
  • Meeting - In-person or virtual meetings
  • Meal - Lunches, dinners, or coffee catch-ups
  • Message - Text messages, WhatsApp, or other messaging
  • Task - To-dos or action items related to the company
  • Other - Any interaction that doesn't fit the above categories

Each activity type has its own icon, making it easy to scan the list and identify the type of interaction at a glance.

Filtering Activities

Use the filters at the top of the Activities tab to narrow down what you see:

  • Year - Filter by a specific year to review historical interactions
  • Status - Choose from All, Upcoming, Overdue, or Completed

These filters help you focus on what matters, whether that's checking overdue tasks or reviewing last year's meetings.

Upcoming Deal Activities

On the Overview tab, the Upcoming Deal Activities section highlights deal-related activities that need attention. This section shows:

  • Activity type and title
  • The deal it's linked to
  • How many days overdue (if applicable)
  • Date and team member assigned

This focused view helps you prioritize sales follow-ups without digging through the full activity list.

Overdue activities display a red badge showing how many days they're past due. Address these promptly to keep your deals moving forward.

How Activities Connect

Company activities in Officaid come from multiple sources:

  • Direct company activities - Logged against the company itself
  • Contact activities - Logged against people linked to this company
  • Deal activities - Logged against deals associated with this company

This connected approach means you see the full picture of engagement, regardless of where the activity was logged.

Activities are also visible on contact profiles and deal details. See Viewing Contact Activities and Tracking Deal Activities to learn more.
