Why Officaid is Your Compliance Partner

See how Officaid handles CPF, IRAS, and MOM submissions so you can focus on your business.

All your compliance needs in one place

Singapore employers submit to multiple government agencies throughout the year. CPF contributions go to CPF Board monthly. Employment income goes to IRAS yearly. Workforce data goes to MOM when requested. Each agency has its own rules, rates, and deadlines.

Officaid is an approved One Stop Payroll (OSP) vendor and AIS Payroll Software Vendor. This means you can manage all your compliance obligations from one platform and submit directly to government agencies.

The HR Rule Engine

Officaid's HR Rule Engine applies the latest rates, formulas, and thresholds set by governing authorities. When you run payroll, the Rule Engine calculates statutory contributions automatically based on current regulations.

This includes:

  • Contribution rates as published by CPF Board.
  • Wage ceilings and thresholds that affect contribution amounts.
  • Deduction rules according to government guidelines.

When authorities update regulations, the Rule Engine is updated to reflect the changes. For example, when CPF contribution percentages changed for certain age groups in 2026, Officaid applied the new rates automatically.

Direct Government Submissions

As an approved OSP vendor, Officaid connects directly to government agencies through secure channels. You can submit without preparing separate files or logging into multiple portals.

From Officaid, you can:

  • Submit to CPF Board monthly, including CPF, SHG, and SDL contributions. Payment via PayNow is also available.
  • Submit to IRAS yearly for employment income through the Auto-Inclusion Scheme.
  • Submit to MOM for OED data, with forms pre-filled from your employee records.

All submissions use Corppass authentication. Log in, select your employees, and submit.

What Officaid Keeps Current

Officaid monitors regulatory updates and applies them to the platform:

  • Statutory contribution rates from CPF Board.
  • Tax reporting requirements from IRAS.
  • Public holidays from MOM's official gazette.
  • SSOC codes for OED job classifications.

You can also track work pass expiry dates in the Team module to stay on top of renewals.
