October 2026 release notes

Covers 1 to 21 Oct 2026

Payroll, bank reconciliation and stock improvements, and fixes across the app. This note covers changes up to 21 Oct 2026; we'll add the rest of October at the end of the month.

Improvements

• Started payroll mid-year? Enter the wages you paid before Officaid this year, so CPF on bonuses uses the right ceiling.

• Team → Payroll: download the bank file and mark salaries as paid as two separate steps.

• CPF rate option for Singapore PRs in their first and second PR year (G/G, F/G or F/F).

• Bank reconciliation: reconcile a Stripe payout in one step, and statement imports remember your file's column layout.

• Sales → Items: record a stock take for a true Gross Profit, and credit notes can return tracked stock.

• Approved invoices keep the terms and conditions they were issued with.

Fixes

• Payslips: CPF on low wages follows CPF Board's bands, part-month payslips keep their pro-rated salary when edited, and IR8A drafts use each employee's gender.

• Leave: a request that overlaps an approved leave, or is larger than the balance, is refused with a clear message.

• Finance reports: internal transfers no longer count as income and expense, and bank balances agree across Accounts, Balance Sheet, Chart of Accounts and General Ledger.

• Credit note and quotation PDFs print every field and total.

• Phones and tablets: pinch-to-zoom works, row buttons are easier to tap, and wide tables scroll inside their card.

• Admin → Audit now records changes to contacts and activities.

• More than 300 other fixes across Workspace, Network, Sales, Team, Me, Finance and Admin.
