Know who accessed your account and when
An audit log is a chronological record of activity on your account. It tracks who logged in, when they logged in, and from where, giving you visibility into how your Officaid account is being used. This is especially valuable for businesses that need to monitor access for security or compliance purposes.
Why Audit Logs Matter
As your team grows and more people access your Officaid account, it becomes important to know who is logging in and when. An audit log helps you:
- Verify account activity by confirming who accessed the platform and at what time
- Identify unusual behavior such as logins from unfamiliar IP addresses or at unexpected hours
- Support compliance by maintaining a record of access activity that can be reviewed if needed
- Troubleshoot access issues by checking whether a team member was able to log in successfully
What Officaid Tracks
Officaid's audit log currently records login and logout activity for your account. Each entry captures the date and time, the user involved, the type of action performed, and the IP address the action originated from.
