Viewing the Audit Log

Monitor login activity and track who is accessing your Officaid account.

Monitor who is logging in to your account

The Audit Log page gives you a clear view of recent login activity across your Officaid account. Use it to verify that the right people are accessing the platform and to spot anything that looks out of the ordinary.

Accessing the Audit Log

Go to Admin → Audit from the left sidebar. The page displays a Recent Activity table showing the last 50 entries.

Reading the Activity Table

Each row in the table represents a single activity event. The columns are:

  • Date/Time showing when the activity occurred
  • User showing who performed the action
  • Action displaying the type of activity (such as Login) as a color-coded badge
  • Module indicating which part of the system was involved (such as Auth for authentication)
  • Description with a brief summary of the event (such as "User logged in successfully")
  • IP Address showing the network address the activity originated from

What to Look For

When reviewing the audit log, consider checking for:

  • Logins at unusual times that do not match your team's working hours
  • Unfamiliar IP addresses that could indicate someone logging in from an unexpected location
  • Failed login attempts which may suggest someone is trying to access the account
  • Activity from deactivated users who should no longer have access
If you notice unusual activity, review the team member's access permissions in Admin → Access and consider whether any changes are needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

The audit log is currently viewable on the page. If you need records for compliance or reporting, you can take a screenshot or note the relevant details for your records.

Each session is logged separately. If a team member logs in from both the web and mobile app, or logs out and back in during the day, each session appears as a separate entry.

The audit log displays the most recent 50 entries in chronological order. It shows all users and activity types in a single view.
