Understanding Billing

Navigate the Billing page in Officaid to manage your subscription and payment details.

Your subscription at a glance

The Billing page in Officaid is where you manage everything related to your subscription. From here, you can view your current plan, change your billing cycle, adjust your seat count, and review past payments.

Accessing the Billing Page

Go to Admin → Billing from the left sidebar. The page opens on the Overview tab, which displays your available plans and current subscription status.

The Overview tab shows the two billing options available in Officaid:

  • Monthly Billing with no long-term commitment, billed every month
  • Annual Billing with a reduced per-month rate, billed once per year

Each plan card displays the per-month cost, the number of included seats, and the cost per additional seat. If you are on a free trial, both options will be available for you to select when you are ready to subscribe.

The annual plan includes a significant discount compared to the monthly option. Both plans include the same features and module access.

Payment History

Once subscribed, you can view your past invoices and payment records from the Billing page. This gives you a clear record of every charge, including subscription renewals and seat adjustments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Only users with Admin access can view and manage billing. To check or update access permissions, go to Admin → Access.

Yes. You can update your credit card details from the Billing page. Your new card will be used for all future charges.

Past invoices are available in your payment history on the Billing page. You can download them for accounting or tax purposes.
