Review past invoices and payment records for your Officaid subscription.

Keep track of every payment on your account

The Billing page keeps a full record of all charges made to your Officaid subscription. This includes subscription renewals, seat adjustments, and plan changes, giving you a clear paper trail for accounting and tax purposes.

Accessing Your Payment History

Go to Admin → Billing from the left sidebar. Your payment history is available on the Billing page alongside your current plan details.

What You Can See

Each payment record includes key details about the transaction:

  • Date of the charge
  • Amount billed
  • Description of what the charge covers (subscription renewal, seat changes, etc.)
  • Invoice available for download
Download your invoices regularly to keep your financial records up to date, especially if your accountant needs them for tax filings.

Yes. Each payment record includes a downloadable invoice that you can save or share with your accountant.

This can happen if you adjusted your seat count mid-cycle or switched between monthly and annual billing. Each change may generate a separate charge or credit on your account.

Only users with Admin access can view billing information, including payment history. To manage access permissions, go to Admin → Access.
