How It Works
When you sign up for Officaid, you start with a free trial period to explore the platform. Once the trial ends, you choose a billing cycle and enter your payment details to continue using the platform. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
Monthly vs Annual Billing
Officaid offers two billing options:
- Monthly Billing gives you flexibility with no long-term commitment. You pay each month and can cancel at any time.
- Annual Billing offers a lower per-month rate in exchange for paying upfront for the full year. This is a good option if you plan to use Officaid long term.

Yes. Officaid offers a free trial so you can explore the platform before committing to a subscription. You can access all modules during the trial period. To subscribe after your trial, go to Admin → Billing.
Yes. You can change your billing cycle at any time from the Admin → Billing page. If you switch from monthly to annual, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
If your subscription is not renewed, your account access will be paused. Your data remains safe, and you can reactivate your subscription at any time by visiting Admin → Billing and completing the payment.
No. Every Officaid plan includes full access to all modules. The only additional cost is for extra seats beyond what is included in your plan.
