Find any leave request, past or present
Need to check when you took leave last year? Looking for a rejected request to resubmit? The All Leaves tab stores your complete leave history with powerful search and filter options to find exactly what you need.
Accessing Your Leave History
- 1 Navigate to Me → My Leaves.
- 2 Click the All Leaves tab.
Your complete leave history loads with all requests listed.
What the All Leaves Tab Shows
Each leave request displays:
- Type of leave (Annual, Sick, Unpaid, etc.).
- Date showing the start and end dates.
- Duration showing the total number of days.
- Leave Reason you provided when applying.
- Status badge (Pending, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled).
- Actions with an eye icon to view full details.
Searching for a Request
To find a specific leave request:
- 1 Click in the Search field at the top of the list.
- 2 Type your search term (e.g., "vacation" or "medical").
- 3 The list filters to show matching requests.
Search looks through leave reasons and other text fields to find matches.
Filtering by Year
To view leaves from a specific time period:
- Click 2026 (or the current year) to see only this year's requests.
- Click All to see requests from all years.
- Click Custom to select a specific date range.
Filtering by Status
To view only certain statuses:
- 1 Click the Status dropdown.
- 2 Select the status you want to see (Pending, Approved, Rejected, or Cancelled).
- 3 The list updates to show only matching requests.
Filtering by Leave Type
To view only specific leave types:
- 1 Click the Type dropdown.
- 2 Select the leave type (Annual, Sick, Unpaid, etc.).
- 3 The list updates to show only that type of leave.
Viewing Leave Request Details
To see the full details of any request:
- 1 Find the request in the list.
- 2 Click the eye icon in the Actions column.
- 3 The Leave Request Details popup opens.
- 4 Review the details and click Close when done.
Combining Filters
You can use multiple filters together to narrow your search:
- Set the year to 2025.
- Set the status to Approved.
- Set the type to Annual.
This would show only approved annual leave requests from 2025.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your leave history includes all requests since your account was created in Officaid. Use the All year filter to see your complete history.
Export options depend on your company's configuration. Check with your HR team if you need a copy of your leave records.
Cancelled requests remain in your history for record-keeping purposes. Use the Status filter and select something other than Cancelled if you prefer not to see them.
