Find any employee in seconds

Whether you have ten employees or a hundred, finding the right person should be instant. The Directory in Officaid gives you a clear view of your entire team with simple tools to search, filter, and access employee profiles.

Accessing the Directory

To open the Directory:

  1. 1 Click Team in the left sidebar.
  2. 2 Click Directory from the submenu.

You will see a list of employee cards, each showing the person's name, job title, and status.

Active and Inactive Tabs

At the top of the Directory, you will find two tabs:

  • Active shows all current employees on your team.
  • Inactive shows employees who have left or been deactivated.

By default, the Directory opens on the Active tab. Switch to Inactive when you need to access records for former employees.

Inactive employee records are preserved for compliance and historical reference. You can view their full profile, payslips, and documents at any time.

Searching for an Employee

Use the search bar at the top of the Directory to find employees quickly. You can search by:

  • Name to find a specific person.
  • Employee Code if you know their ID.
  • Department to narrow down by team.

Start typing and the list filters in real time. Click on any employee card to open their full profile.

Downloading the Employee List

Need to export your employee data? Click the Download button at the top of the Directory to generate a file with your employee information. This is useful for reporting, audits, or sharing data with external parties.

Opening an Employee Profile

Click on any employee card to open their full profile. The profile has two main tabs:

  • Overview contains all employee information including notes, leave balances, payslips, claims, goals, allowances, documents, emergency contacts, inventory, and salary history.
  • Regulatory is where you fill in and view OED (Occupational Employment Dataset) details for that individual employee.
The Regulatory tab is for entering and reviewing OED information per employee. To submit OED data to MOM, navigate to Team → Regulatory, select your employees, login with CorpPass, and submit. Learn more in Completing the OED Form.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Use the search bar and type the department name. The Directory will filter to show only employees in that department.

Click the Inactive tab at the top of the Directory. All deactivated or terminated employees appear here with their full records intact.

The Directory displays employees in a standard order. Use the search function to quickly locate specific employees.

The Regulatory tab in an employee's profile is where you enter and view OED details for that individual. The Regulatory module under Team is where you submit OED data for multiple employees to MOM via CorpPass.
