See which terms your company accepted
The Terms & Privacy page shows when your company accepted Officaid's Terms of Use, which version that was, and what has changed since. You can also read the full Terms of Use and Privacy Policy here without leaving Officaid.
Opening the page
- 1 Go to Admin in the left sidebar
- 2 Click Terms & Privacy
When the Terms of Use change, admins see a short notice at the top of the page. Click Read to open Terms & Privacy, or OK to hide the notice.
Your acceptance
- Accepted on: the date your company accepted the terms, usually the day you signed up
- Accepted by: the person who accepted them
- Terms version then: the version of the Terms of Use at that time
- Current version: the latest version of the Terms of Use
What changed
A dated list of the versions of the Terms of Use, newest first. The 28 Oct 2026 entry adds clause 17A, which covers the automatic reading of attachments by Receipt check. Click Officaid Permissions to open your company's permission settings, where Receipt check can be switched on or off.

Use the Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy tabs on the same page to read each document in full. The Terms and Privacy links in the page footer open the same documents on officaid.com.
