Connecting CorpPass to Officaid

Authorize Officaid to submit contributions and government data via CorpPass integration.

Enable direct government submissions from Officaid

To submit CPF contributions and other data directly to government agencies in Singapore, you need to authorize Officaid through CorpPass. This authentication process allows Officaid to transact with government services on your company's behalf.

What is CorpPass?

CorpPass is Singapore's corporate digital identity for businesses to transact with government agencies online. It verifies that submissions are authorized by your company. When you authenticate with CorpPass in Officaid, you grant permission for Officaid to submit data to agencies like CPF Board, IRAS, and MOM.

Yes. Each submission to CPF, IRAS, or MOM requires CorpPass authentication. This ensures every submission is properly authorized by your company.

Besides the Contributions tab, you can authenticate when submitting OED data in Team → Regulatory or when submitting employment income records in Team → Tax.

Check with your company's CorpPass administrator about obtaining authorized user access. In the meantime, you can use file-based submissions instead. See Generating CPF Files for manual submission options.
