Viewing Activities on the Calendar

Interact with scheduled activities directly from Officaid's Calendar view.

From Calendar to Action

Seeing an event on the Calendar is just the start. The real value comes from being able to act on it. When you spot an upcoming call or an overdue invoice, clicking through takes you directly to the details so you can follow up without searching through modules.

Clicking on an Event

When you click on any event in the Calendar, a popup appears showing key information:

  • Event title describing the activity or item
  • Status such as Pending, Overdue, or the current state
  • Related record the deal, invoice, or payable it belongs to
  • View button to navigate to the full details

  2. 2 Review the popup showing the activity title, status, and associated deal
  3. 3 Click View to open the Deal Details page

From the Deal Details page, you can see the full activity history, update the activity status, add notes, or take other actions related to the deal.

Viewing Outstanding Invoices

Outstanding invoices appear on the Calendar based on their due dates. When you click on an invoice event:

  1. 1 Click the invoice bar on the Calendar
  2. 2 Review the popup showing the invoice details and status
  3. 3 Click View to open the Invoice Details page

From the Invoice Details page, you can send reminders, record payments, or take other follow-up actions.

  2. 2 Review the popup showing the payable details and due date
  3. 3 Click View to open the Payable Details page

From there, you can record a payment or review the payable details.

Status Indicators

Event popups show status information that helps you understand urgency:

  • Pending indicates an upcoming activity that hasn't occurred yet
  • Overdue shows items past their scheduled or due date
  • Due dates appear for financial items showing when payment is expected

Overdue items typically display with visual indicators to draw attention.

Use the Calendar as a daily check-in. Click through overdue items first to address urgent matters, then review upcoming events to prepare.

Navigating Back to the Calendar

After viewing a record's details, return to the Calendar by clicking Workspace → Calendar in the sidebar navigation.
